Booking our Services

In order to stay competitive, our basic estimates are subject to certain conditions, which include the expectations that no more than 10% of the allocated time is spent moving furniture or clutter around to be able to fulfil the cleaning service. This also includes time spent to tidy up, as this is expected to be limited.
The other condition, to maintain a competitive price, is the expectation that the service provided is estimated without a pet being present in the property, so contact us to get a more accurate estimate. We also need to ensure that staff chosen for the clean are not going to have health issues.

Working Conditions

We encourage staff to have regular breaks, and as such, we would like to inform our customers that at each hour point of the clean, staff gain a 5 minute break e.g. 3 hours to complete the clean = 15 minutes break accumulated. This arrangement is included within the estimates and will not cost the customer any more, but we feel it important for staff to have a good working environment.

We base our prices on the property supplying hot & cold water, access to electricity, replacement waste bags and a robust vacuum cleaner (although if customers inform us, the vacuum can be organised by the staff).

It would be very useful if customers inform us of any allergies to certain chemicals or materials, which can be done at point of booking or while we consult with you (but we do try to use low environmental impact chemicals and materials).​

We also want to lower heavy lifting where possible and on larger cleans, we would normally require 2 staff to complete the clean, but we do estimate our cleans based on the assumption that the property does not have more than 10% of the time to tidy or organise the property before the clean.

This assumption will not apply to End of Tenancy Cleans, as moving some furniture is expected.
